Emily’s passion for wellness began at a young age; she grew up loving running and clean eating and with time deepened her appreciation for Yoga. Emily accomplished some challenging races and explored ways to fuel her body. This developed into a passion for healing to bring balance to the body and mind.

Using both books and travels as education, she observed the ways in which people bring health into living through breath, restoration, community, remedies, food, and movement. Emily’s personal and professional practice reflect mending the root cause of an issue rather than the symptom by healing the body through healing the mind.

As a trained holistic health coach and 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher, Emily believes in approaching health with awareness of the mind, body and spirit. With this knowledge she now loves to educate others how to achieve their wellness goals.

Emily currently works with soul-full leaders in groups and private settings as a corporate trainer on mindfulness and meditation as well as private yoga.
